  1. Expressão de CD11b na superfície de neutrófilos após incubação com diferentes estímulos (controle negativo, rLPS e sLPS) por 0,1; 0,25; 0,5; 1; 3; 6; 10 e 24 horas. Foram adquiridos 5000 eventos na janela de monócitos, combinando tamanho e complexidade das células e positividade para CD14. A análise na população de neutrófilos foi feita combinando tamanho e complexidade das células e positividade para CD66b. No gráfico os valores são mostrados em média geométrica da intensidade de fluorescência (MGIF) da expressão de CD11b. Estão representadas as médias e desvios padrão de cada tempo de estímulo.
