WHERE DO THEY LIVE??? • Yanomami tribes lives in South America to be more exact in the northwest part of Brazil and the southern eastern part of Venezuela.
WHAT DO THEY EAT??? • Yanomani men hunt pumas, chicken birds, sloths and other animals • Yanomani women are collecting, fishing or cultivating their gardens which produces 30 percent of there food • Yanomami never kill for stock and a hunter never eats the meat of an animal which he has killed
POPULATION • There is about 20,000 people left in the Yanomami tribe • The Yanomami tribe was threaten(ed) by the influx of thousands of Brazilian gold prospectors • In the meantime approx(imately) 70 (%) per cent of the Yanomami tribe have got(become) infected with malaria, while in some tribes the number has risen to 90 (%) per cent. But the health authority is neither able nor is it ready to ensure an appropriate supply of medicine
HOW MUCH CONTACT DO THEY HAVE WITH THE OUTSIDE WORLD????? • My tribe as no contact with the outside world which means they only there tribe and no one else
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THE GOT DESTROYED?? • If this happen my tribe will be screwed?? because they have no contact with the outside world • They would die of hunger because all of the trees would be destroyed and if there is(are) no trees there (are) no animals to eat • They could die by the heat in the rainforest because there is no shelter (Reword: With no shelter from the rainforest trees, the Yanomami tribe could possibly die from the heat)
