  6. Fundraising Improves • Mailing schedule returns to normal • FOTB mailing list still needs updating • Capital expenditures can increase

  8. Operating Fund Results • Reverses 2003 dip • 189 donors in 2004 (Avg gift: $76) • Does not include Endowment

  9. FY2004 Financial Review • Books do not close until 6/30/03 • Improvements in many areas • Reduced expenditures will allow decrease of debt • Importance of Band Treasurer’s role • Distortions • University income not in sync • Many expenses will not hit accounts until late June or early July
