  1. 台2丙線1K+856-4K+280段新建工程 一、徵收土地所在地範圍及面積 擬徵收坐落基隆市暖暖區暖暖段東勢坑小段65-2地號內等28筆土地，合計面積1.290850公頃。 (詳如徵收土地圖說) 二、興辦事業之種類及法令依據 (一)興辦事業之種類：交通事業。 (二)興辦事業之法令依據：依據土地徵收條例第3條第2款規 定。 (三)奉准興辦事業文件：本案原為「基隆暖暖至宜蘭大溪段 改善工程」，並奉行政院82年2月3日臺82忠授一字第 01074號函核定計畫經費，95年報院修正計畫時，經行政 院經濟建設委員會研商結論建議修正計畫名稱為「台2丙 線興建及改善計畫」，並經行政院95年10月17日院臺交 字第0950047284號函核定。（詳如附證明文件）
