Starting Point • Main Goal: • Realization of a privacy-enhanced collaborative eLearning environment • 1st milestone: APv1 • APv1 related goals: • Implementation of workspace concept  provide basis for collaborative eLearning scenarios • Integrate PRIME functionalities • Prototypical realization of components not provided yet by PRIME • Demonstrator “Chat” www.blues-portal.de

  3. Scope of Application Prototype v1 |1 • Re-organization of BluES • Shared Workspaces: • Implementation of concept • Currently: still each user has full access to all offered functionalities • Personal Workspace: • Available  currently no further meaning/functionality www.blues-portal.de

  4. Scope of Application Prototype v1 |2 • Context Management (Intra-application partitioning of personal data) • Missing PRIME feature  Implementation by ourselves • Level of workspaces and functional modules only general cases, i.e. specific workspace types and instances of functional modules are not considered • 1st functions implemented • Notification about context switches (possible point to change partial identity/pseudonym) • Restricted possibility of configuration • Creation of new or reuse of pseudonyms www.blues-portal.de

  5. Scope of Application Prototype v1 |3 • Access Control based on Policies and Credentials • State: Fine-grained access control at server side • Realized for writing, adding (solely for subelements), removing resources • Currently: unrestricted reading access • Use of PRIME Console in order to show required credentials • Currently: selection of credentials within PRIME Console not supported workaround: copy and paste of credential values www.blues-portal.de

  6. Scope of Application Prototype v1 |4 • Privacy-aware User Interface • PIM-driven awareness component  Currently: Display of information regarding the context management • Chat as demonstrator • …for collaborative learning scenarios • …of context management and usage of different pseudonyms www.blues-portal.de
