AOC Côtes du Roussillon - rules • All styles must be blend of min 2 varieties • No variety more than 70%, Syrah and Mdre at least 25% and Carignan max 50% of final blend • Gnblanc, Macabeu and Tourbat min 50%. • Gngris, Roussanne, Marsanne, Vermentino max 50% of final blend. • Macabeu(up to 30%) allowed for rosé
