Besides the down-home characteristics, Walton devotes himself heart and soul to his team in making the business a great success. He laid down the Wal-Mart way of life. He believes in cultivating ideas and rewarding success, and he adopted quite a lot of measures to encourage his employees to work hard. It is his avenue to success.
