The CDB is responsible for the dissemination of Knowledge and more particularly for: • ensuring the quality and the distribution of publication papers, proceeding, reports, books, … • advertising widely the consortium meetings electronically (building a database of e-mail); • ensuring the availability and maintenance of information related to the Project in the web, • including postdoctoral and thesis opportunities; • Promoting actively talk and contribution at conferences and workshops, including the • collection of documents for reporting activities at a higher level (ECFA, ICFA, EPS, …); • monitoring the world-wide activities related to the work carried out in the Project • assisting the CSC in the implementation of measures in connection with publications, • the protection of Knowledge and their dissemination. More particularly, it shall draft the • publication policy and regularly update the list of eligible authors for any scientific • documents (papers, reports, …), • proposing to the CSC the updating of the Pre-Existing Know-How list.

  3. Main objectives of the meeting Review the organizational matters, the communication means and the progress of the implementation of the tools. Reports at the CDB meeting: February 24, June 24-25, November 2-5, • One page report • Listing the document produced • Giving the job offers and the personnel hired Written reports end of April, July, October, December • Few pages summarizing the status of the project, i.e. • Reporting the status of the dissemination actions
