  7. 2018 Safety Performance • Lost Time Injury Frequency (LTIF) achieved a new record of 0.15. • Total Recordable Case Frequency (TRCF) achieved a new record 0.71. • Results are overshadowed by the tragic two work-related fatalities. • Zero road work related fatality since 2016. • Road Safety 800 Million km driven without road traffic accident fatality. 7

The Basics of an Observation • What is Behavior Based Safety? • Behavior Based Safety (BBS) commonly is known as a process that is intended to focus workers attention on their own and their peers daily safety behavior. • When implementing a BBS program, observers (employees who are trained) conduct observations of other employees with an eye on their behavior. • This is done through an observation process. The goal of a BBS program is to improve the employee safety in the workplace. • These observers record safe and unsafe behaviors, in addition to noting safe and unsafe workplace conditions. The observer then shares the findingswith the worker and provides feedback. 9

Safety Day Actions • At the end of the session: • Suggestions/ Ideasto eliminate private commuting in the interior within your teams sent to corporate HSE. • Individual Commitment and Ownership of actions taken by your team to stop private commuting. Take photos of your session and upload via theSafety Day Page- contractors can send their photos through their respective Contract Holder (CHs) to upload.
