  6. ● Executive compensation can come in several forms like long-term incentive plans, cash compensation, executive perks, option grants, retirement packages, and deferred compensation.

  8. In an employment agreement, one can find all the rights and responsibilities of both the employer and employee, with focus on the employee’s roles.

  9. Independent contractors

  10. Independent contractors do not have regular work hours as an employee, and only work when the company or employer requires the contractor’s services.
