5. 24 Hour Library Access! The library is staffed between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday You can use the library out of hours by using your hospital ID badge Simply swipe the black bar at the library entrance

6. Borrowing Books Standard loan for 4 weeks Short loan for 10 days 12 Books can be borrowed at one time. A Self Issue computer is available to borrow books when library unstaffed. To Self Issue - borrowers need to be set up with Biometric finger scanning. Please ask staff for further details.

Renewals Books may be renewed twice (Standard Loan) or once (Short Loan). by phone: 01522 573952 or via the internet at: http://www.hello.nhs.uk/webcat.asp This requires an ID No. and PIN No. which can be obtained from staff. Returns When the library is unstaffed books may be returned into the bookbox outside the library door.

8. How To Find Books To find out where to look for a Subject on the shelves, refer to the Subject Index, a white booklet found at the ends of the bookstands. This provides a list of main subjects in A-Z order with shelf numbers. To find a book by Author or Title or Keyword, search the Library Catalogue computer near the Enquiry Desk in the library, or on the internet at: http://www.hello.nhs.uk/webcat.asp

The eLibrary Gateway is a single interface via which all members of the School of Nursing Midwifery and Physiotherapy, University of Nottingham can access electronic resources relevant to their subjects.
