This study examines the prevalence of anxiety and its affecting factors among university students. By assessing both state and trait anxiety scores, the research aims to identify risk factors associated with anxiety levels in the academic environment. Furthermore, it evaluates the effectiveness of a Study Anxiety Intervention designed to enhance students' resilience and promote positive coping skills, ultimately leading to improved academic performance. The findings provide valuable insights for educators and mental health professionals working with students.
