5. SC Operating Rules • Anybody can vote, present, and make motions • Participation in SC during 802.11 WG Plenary or Interim counts towards 802.11 voting rights • All motions must pass by a 75% majority Rich Kennedy, MediaTek

IEEE 802 Regulatory Changes • Starting in July, the Regulatory SC will cover both 802.11 and .15 • The Regulatory SC Chair/802.18 Liaison is also the 802.18 Vice-chair • In spite of increased attendance, it appears that the group is less likely to respond to rulemakings/consultations • Should we change the way we operate?
