This policy emphasizes integrating CAADP at the national level, with stakeholder inclusiveness, strong communication, and capacity building for progress monitoring and transparency. Stakeholder engagement, peer review, and effective communication are key components at the national level to coordinate sectoral collaboration and ensure inclusivity in the policy-making process. Strengthened capacity for policy impact analysis and evidence-based decision making, along with empowering sub-national and national levels, further enhance progress assessment and stakeholder dialogue. The relationship between AUC, RECs, and CAADP country teams is explored as a new theme for transitioning agricultural policy discussions to actionable steps.
