Keepmoat New build mixed tenure housing • Keepmoat was formed following the merger between Apollo and the companies making up the former Keepmoat Group • We are now a £1.2 billion company specialising in a fully integrated service to both the public and private sector providing • 1520 new homes for sale delivered in year to March 2012 • 3000 new homes delivered for Local Authority and Registered Provider clients • 1,016 Extra Care home delivered • 43500 refurbished homes • HCA DPP1 panel • Developer Partner on HCA’s National Affordable Housing Programme (NAHP) 2008 – 2011 and 2012 - 2015
