Integrity is a concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes.
Those who have integrity have personal values. It varies from man to woman…treat people with respect and dignity, show pride in all that you do, do your best in every endeavor
Integrity within an organization begins with a set of well-defined values and beliefs that guide the definition of the behaviors, systems, and practices required to achieve the business goals
Within an organization different values exist. Organizations must come together to set out what is most important to their particular group. Some values include; timeliness, teamwork, and respect.
Servant leadership is a philosophy and practice of leadership. Servant-leaders achieve results for their organizations by giving priority attention to the needs of their colleagues and those they serve. Servant-leaders are often seen as humble stewards of their organization's resources (human, financial and physical).

Qualities of Servant Leaders:
Listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, growth
At the heart of Christianity is Servant Leadership. Christians are called upon Jesus to be servants of the church, and to lead commissioners towards his glory. Servant leaders lead because of a calling. As do all Christians they face many challenges. The most prevalent is ensuring values and principles are alike with the organization.
Transformational leadership is defined as a leadership approach that causes change in individuals and social systems. In its ideal form, it creates valuable and positive change in the followers with the end goal of developing followers into leaders. Enacted in its authentic form, transformational leadership enhances the motivation, morale and performance of his followers through a variety of mechanisms
Transformational Leadership starts with the development of a vision, a view of the future that will excite and convert potential followers. This vision may be developed by the leader, by the senior team or may emerge from a broad series of discussions. The important factor is the leader buys into it, hook, line and sinker.
Transformational Leaders seek to transform. Success is measured through the belief in themselves not in others…
Transformational Leaders are people oriented, charismatic, truthful, and see the big picture

Lewinsky Scandal 1998. President Clinton was accused of having an extra-martial affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky. When asked about the affair President Clinton denied having “sexual relations”. Thus led to a perjury charge and the second impeachment of a U.S. President.
