  7. AZPDES Funding 2 Accepted Methods for Assessing Fees for SW Programs: Impervious Surface Per Meter Several Phase I Municipalities have Increased or Propose to Increase SW Fees Phase II Municipalities (Flagstaff & Peoria) Adopted Environmental Fees Fees Range $1/Meter - $3/Meter

  8. AZPDES Funding Proposed $1/Meter Environmental Fee to: Accommodate Budget Limitations in NPDES Program Cover Some of the Anticipated Changes for 2012 Permit
