  25. is it time to rethink your Strategy? Can we make it better? What cool stuff could we keep? What do we need to add? What should we change? What can we chuck? What’s the next big thing?

  26. is it time to rethink the Strategies purpose? Is there something more important we should be doing? If we stopped tomorrow would anyone care? Or notice? Does the world need what we do? Why are we doing this? What’s the point again?

  27. is it time to rethink your process? Would a rethink of ‘how we do’ improve ‘what we do’? Are our systems holding us back? Are we a good bunch to deal with? What’s letting us down? Are we delivering? Can it be simpler? Can it quicker? Can it be cheaper? Can it be more fun?

  28. is it time to re-prioritise your schools barriers? Too much work? Not enough time? Too many meetings? Not enough resources? Not enough progress? Not enough clarity?

  29. So ... • Time to develop a resource that will suit your schools needs. • The funding model in 2011 will be project based- remember that in your contemplation of a resource! • WSR Support: • *Regional workshops in each of the Office of Schools priority areas as support • 4 Doors Planning
