Progress Report on My Database Project by Holly Leppard

In this reflective assessment of my database project, I detail my journey so far, highlighting both my successes and areas for improvement. Working alongside my peers, I found collaboration effective despite my preference for quietness in class. I encountered minor challenges such as occasional forgetfulness in saving my work and occasionally misunderstanding instructions. To enhance my performance, I plan to engage more actively and submit tidier work. Overall, I believe I met my targets and completed tasks efficiently, though I recognize the need to manage my time better.

  1. My project review BY Holly Leppard.

  2. The project so far. • For this project I set out to achieve the ability to create a database. • I didn’t work in a team really, but I think that I worked very well with the people that I sat with • Not many things went wrong, but I did sometimes forget how to do a certain thing or forget where I have saved a piece of work but I would find the things that I had lost eventually. • The improvements I would have made are, present my work a little bit more nicely. • I think I would volunteer for more things and put my hand up more often because I am very quiet in class and I think putting my hand up might increase my chances of getting more e-refs. I also think that I am a bit slow with my work and take my time.

  3. Evaluation of my products. How active am I bar chart., How active am I spread sheet.

  4. Improvements. • Sometimes I have forgotten to save my work in the right place so when I come back the next week I have no idea where I have put it! • Sometimes I don’t understand the question the I have been asked and so I just write an answer that I think might remotely relate to the question. • And sometimes I mix the two up and completely forget what I am writing about all together!

  5. My own performance. • How well do you think you worked? I think I worked really well and got as much work done as I could. • Do you keep to your deadlines and targets? Yes but sometimes I have to finish in the next lesson.
