Oil Refinery general description The oil refining factory in Georgia, belonging Open privet Company " UTA “ • This refinery contains two plants : • Primary unit refines from crude oil to “Naphtha”. • distillery of oil of atmospheric type and the block of processing low-octane The block of primary distillery of oil with reception virgin gasoline, Diesel. fuel and black oil. • Second one refines “Naphtha” to get high octane • Gasoline (petrol) АИ-95--- АИ-96gasoline in high- octane - on technology «Ceoforming».

  10. Oil Refinery capacity • Plant capacity 250 000 MMT up to 300 000 MMT • One can increase productivity for two times. • System includes two columned. • Diameter of columns -10000 mm • Height- 9.2 Mt. • Quantity of plates -22 pcs

  11. Oil Refinery continue 1 • The block of processing low-octane (virgin) gasoline high-octane without compounding and additions of antidetonators on technology «Ceoforming». Productivity up to 120-140 MMT / 24H • Productivity on raw material - 50 thousand ton/year. • The basic products of process are: high-octane gasoline • АИ-92, АИ-95 - 60-65 %. Liquid gas - 33-28 %. • Diesel fraction - 2 %. • residual hydrocarbons - 5 %.

  12. Oil Refinery continue 2 • Received gasoline stable also satisfies to the international standards, namely the mintenance{contents}: • Sulfur-0,01 %. Benzol-1 %. • Aromatic hydrocarbons - 35-40 %. Олефинов - 5-7 %. • The technology «Ceoforming» is developed НИЦ «Ceosit» ОИК the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Science. • Block " Ceoforming " is supplied by computer management of process under the license of firm GE.
