WARES WP 1 – Management, co-ordination and communication Strategic Focus – “To ensure the effective management of the project, effective communications and the delivery of all the planned objectives. WP 1 will also raise awareness of WARES appropriate to its status as a strategic project for the NPP”

  3. WARES Task 1.1 – Setting up of management protocols and reporting systems Task 1.2 – Financial and General Management Task 1.6 – Partner Meetings

  4. WARES Task 1.4 – Reporting. 2 Annual reports and 1 project video. Task 1.5 – Website / Social Media. Raise awareness of the project but also link into all forms of social media. Task 1.7 – Communications. Implementation of the communications plan at all levels, to include Task 1.4 and Task 1.5
