  4. ‘Latent’ Capacity What significance would there be to exposing 15~25% capacity within any manufacturing operation? What effect on…. backlogs? deliveries? Sales Department with shorter deliveries? Cash flow? Prices that could be charged? The immediate need for capital equipment? Would they have any reason to lose any orders based on price or delivery? Reputation in the marketplace?
