Handbook 6509.2CHAPTER 7 HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (HOME) HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Applicability.This chapter provides guidance for conducting in-depth monitoring of the HOME Program. Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) are permitted to use HOME funds for four basic types of programs: a) homeowner rehabilitation; b) homebuyer assistance; c) rental housing production; and d) tenant-based rental assistance (TBRA).

  11. 2012 HOME Monitoring • Administrative Manual covers a lot of the items under review • Gave me a chance to go over the program with staff • Verify latest editions and renditions are being used • Title 24 Part 570 (24CFR 570) & Part 92 (24 CFR 92)of the Code of Federal Regulations are used throughout the manual • Get to use our mission statement • Staff duties and responsibilities are covered • Overall it was a great learning experience
