  2. Custom WebStore Development description The main objective of development for this application is to represent high-end fashion website within the members based access. The website will allow members to access exclusive events and services at rates held exclusively for the members by the website owner. The brands and services providing by the website network are already a part of a member’s preference and providing a great advantage for them. The members need to get sign up first to access website features and functionalities. Website members will able to get ‘Black Card’ along with their signup which will serve many purposes such as to receive VIP treatment at any time in certain stores. The website members will have to use their cards to RSVP for events. Objectives The Project Objectives were: 1. Need to create of up to 3 important user roles such as: 1.1. Super Admin 1.2. Site Members 1.3. Site Visitors 2. Application accessible functionalities: 2.1. Allow users to create their membership account on the website 2.2. Allow members to open membership subscription within two different options (Monthly & Yearly) 2.3. Application allows users to access different brands and services 2.4. Application allows users to search services fro0m fitness to lodging and mobile platform to car rental. 3. Following requirements would be necessary to implement in new development: 3.1. Need to implement user registrations to the website 3.2. Need to implement two different membership options 3.3. Need to integrate ecommerce functionality to the website Approach – One More Step Ahead Towards Success The Project was divided into 3 different phases: 1. Phase 1: At the initial time of the project we have done analysis on the Prototype for the System Flow & Database Design. 2. Phase 2: In the second stage of the project development, we started work to create a web based application including all master modules and rich user interface. 3.Phase 3: In the final stage of the development, we have done Setup of testing environment (same as the production environment) using dummy data. 2
