Document placement • Lift-open the Epson XP 440 printer’s scanner or document cover. • The original document has to be placed on the scanner glass with the printed side face down. • Once done with the document positioning, close the Epson printer’s document cover. Before scanning • The Epson XP 440 printer will set the default scan settings automatically. If required, change them using the Epson printer software. • The Epson printer software has to be installed on your computer. • The computer and the Epson printer needs to be connected to a network. • Ensure that the Event Manager software should not be blocked by any firewall or antivirus running on the computer. • By using these steps we can execute that how to scan on Epson Xp 440 Printer.
