Proceed with the methods given below to fix the error in the Canon Pixma TS9020 printer: • Check whether the ink cartridges are fixed correctly. • Remove all the four ink cartridges and refix them. • Make sure to insert the ink cartridges into the correct slots to match the same color as on the slot. • Push the cartridge into the cartridge slot. If you have fixed the cartridges properly, you will hear a clicking sound. If the above method fails, press the Stop button on the printer and hold it for about five seconds.
