  4. Always Believe That Something Wonderful is About to Happen Great ideas are always born out of the most unusual incidents in life. It is the necessity that is the mother of all inventions. I have been a very keen person all my life and like to find joy in the smallest of things. The elders in our family always say “that no matter how high you fly, you should never forget your roots” & Yes! It is true. For, the Idea of Tandoor Chai was found in a remote village in Ahmednagar where the teqnique of heating pots for preparing turmeric milk & daily food on open fire has being used since many generations. After understanding the concept clearly, I was determined and focused to make a quality blend of Chai that would be beneficial for Acidity, Sore Throat & Weight Loss. After 4 months of trials & experiments Iwas able to acheive a perfect blend of Chai that was completely organic & healthy as high quality tea leaves were used & a perfect taste was acheived every time with set formula & recipie. This experience in my life has given me a very valuable lesson that, one should never consider anything or anyone as small or unnecessary for you never know, where your billion dollar idea may come from. - Amol Dilip Rajdeo

One such incident of hislife gave him the idea of „TandoorChai‟, when he was visiting hishometown to meet hisgrandmother (Nani), he suffered from sore throat and that‟s when hisNani offered him Tumeric Milk in an earthen pot that was pre-heated in a bon#re. Theconcept seemed so fascinating to him that he started thinking over it and got into in depth research for over 120 days to make the idea presentable & scalable. Thuswas invented ‟TandoorChai‟, improvised from hisvery own Nani ka Nuska.

About Us After 4 months of rigorous study and research in-order to get the perfect blend and taste, World‟s FirstTandoor Chai was served on 18th March 2018, at the #agship store of Tandoor Chai in Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra. The creativity, innovation &concept was so widely accepted that Tandoor Chai was heavily covered by the media and people from various cities travelled to Pune only to taste Pune‟s very own Tandoor Chai. Tandoor Chai has been recognised as one of the fastest growing brands in India and one of the top 10 most unique and different food products which made a mark in 2018. Tandoor Chai has been creating records almost everyday and as of date, on an average 20,000 „Kulhads‟ of Tandoor Chai are sold everyday across all outlets in Maharashtra alone. Within a year of launch, Tandoor Chai grew from 1 outlet to more than 15 outlets in Maharashtra alone and today has crossed the next milestone of 20 outlets and itsentry into South India. After successfully growing in Maharashtra, we now want to take the leap of faith and open Tandoor Chai outlets in other parts of India and abroad. The Tandoor Chai Man Born on 28th November 1989, Amol Dilip Rajdeo, the inventor and owner of Tandoor Chai isa Science Graduate &has achieved a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Pune University. He has immense experience in Customer Services, Hospitality&Operations in esteemed organisations such as Deepak Fertilisers,Ishanya Mall, Phoenix Market City &Amanora Mall. Amol always followed hisheart and food was hispassion and something very close to hisheart. In 2014, he came up with his#rststart up and entered into the food businessby starting a Dhaba style restaurant in Pune. With past experiences and fuelled with passion he soon expanded his Business with another branch in 2015 and then became an investment partner & consultant for 3 other restaurants in Pune &Ahmednagar. From the worlds #rstTandoor Chai being served on 18th March 2018 to an extensive 20,000 cups each day in a year across all outlets, hisconcept is taking the world like a storm. He has been creating milestones at every level but the best isyet to come.
