  18. Conclusion; The analysis of the evaluation report has mainly been carried out by the quantitative analysis of the results. However, some of the delegates have expanded their answers with comments which are indicated below: A1. Were you satisfied with the preparation work for this meeting? Please write a few words to comment your desicion: -It was perfect, we received all information in good advance. -Everything prepared in perfect way. We received all information in perfect advance. -Good communication with the organizer. -The learning program was intersting and adapted for each level. -Very good meeting.

  19. A2. Were you satisfied with the hotel? Please write a few words to comment your desicion: -Good position. Comfortable. -Good position and comfortable accommodation. -Yes a very nice place. -Low services. -It could be cleaner. -The rooms weren’t as clean as we were expected. -Very low quality services comparing the high rates. -Lovely room. -Rooms very nice, food not so good. -Reception staff not helpfull, left to find our own room and carried own bags. -Scope for improving the customer service.

Please write a few words to comment your desicion: -Very intensive and participative. -The schedule was respectable and appropriate for the subject of this meeting. -Very informative to how others think. -Great involvement from every one. A4. Were you satisfied with all information and materials you received during the meeting concerning the project? If there is any kind of information you missed during the meeting or there is anything still not clear to you, please be so kind to communicate this here: -Everything is clear. -Development work. -Everything was clear for the beginning but it could have been more information materials. -Very informative.

  21. A5. Do you think the presentations by the project partners was sufficient in quality and quantity to summarise the project? Please write a few words to comment your desicion: -Yes it was. -Some materials can be sent via email. -Presantation was great. A6. Were you satisfied with the working atmosphere during the meeting? Please write a few words to comment your desicion: -Every partner paticipated in discussions. -The people I met here were so friendly and communicative. -All partners was gentle. -Very friendly people, will stay in contact. -Very well. -The room was too dark.

Please write a few words to comment your desicion: -It was perfect. -The manage it was perfect. -Some information should be presented related to the next meeting. -There were a few things that could have been changed in the program. -Could be more organized. A8. Were you satisfied with quantity and quality of the other partner’s contributions to this meeting? Please write a few words to comment your desicion: -All partners were perfect. -One partner didn’t participate at the meeting. -One partner didn’t participate to all social activities. -All partners was active.

  23. A9. Were you satisfied with social activities and social life of this meeting? If there was anything you liked very much or if you have any recommendations for improvements, please be so kind to write some words: -Yes we had a good time. -Some partners choose a different hotel location. -Would have been better, it was more local. -Could have eaten out more because hotel restaurant was not so great. -Low of selection of meals. A10. Do you think the meeting was generally successful? Do you think the project group was able to achieve relevant results and gain some progress in its work? Are there any matters which could not be settled properly from your point of view? Concerning what would you need more information: -Everything was clear. -The partners agreed on the next tasks. -I think yes. -The meeting clasify the future steps of the project.

If there is anything else you want to add or if there was a relevant issue not mentioned in this questionnaire, please be so kind to use space below: -Lunch may be better if buffet style so that there is more choice. -Language problem with staff in hotel not understanding requirements. Very high prices for food and hotel which doesn’t reflect in good sevice or quality. -It would have been useful to receive the menu for lunch and dinner in advance so that the right choice can be made.
