Big question I wonder why oil and water don’t mix? It seems weird to me but I thinks its because of the acid.
Hypotheses I think water and oil will mix because everything mixes except some things.

Experiment • Materials : oil, water, clean open space Step by step: 1gather materials. 2put oil and water in a cup. 3shake the cup. 4 look at the cup and then examine. Control: water Variable: oil
4-5 Observations • The oil an water did mix a little but went back to different sides. • The water seemed to lurk in to the oils area but the oil wouldn’t let it in. • The water was salt which I didn’t know. • The oil didn’t come from the ground either which I didn't know I just got oil and water and shake it in a cup.
Analysis I don’t really have a analysis so the oil an water did not mix my hypothesis was wrong.
Conclusion • Was your hypothesis correct.: No • I wouldn’t change any thing in the experiment because it went great I liked doing it • I have one question. : Why wont oil and water mix? But I think its from the acid
