  3. They destroy cities and towns, injure people and animals.

  4. Earthquake • An earthquake is a sudden shaking of the ground. It have taken place in Asia, South and North America and Europe.The worst earthquake were in Japan, China,India,Turkey,Peru,Chile,Mexico, the USA, Armenia,Russion Federation, Portugal

  5. Hurricane • A hurricane is a very violent wind or storm. People suffer from hurricanes in Asia (Japan, China, the Russian Federation, the Philippines).

  6. Tornado • A tornado is a very violent wind in the form of a funnel of air that spins at great speed. Tornado are common in North America in the USA in spring and autumn.

  7. Volcano • A volcano is a mountain with a hole called a crater in the top. Sometimes lava and gases are thrown from the crater. There are active volcano in Europe (Italy),in Asia (the Russian Federation) and in the South America (Salvador, Hawaii).

  8. Flood • A floodis a large amount of water which covers a place that is usually dry land.

  9. Drought • A drought is a long period of dry weather when there is not enough water.
