  • Ballast Water - Permits required.
  • Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs) - Permits required.
  • Septage Program – Storage facilities being built, and more POTWs are considering accepting trucked waste.
  • Several fee packages, including one for groundwater permit fees are pending.
