COMPANY PROFILE PRESENTATION CERISDI is a socio-economical research and management education centre, founded in 1988 as a private, non profit association, whose associates are public/private organisations: it offers high education, training and consulting services to public/private sector. • Certified Quality System UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 • Member of ASFOR (Italian Association for Management Education-associated CEEMAN) and AIF (Italian Trainers Association) • Accredited by the Sicilian Regional Administration and by “Fondo Professioni”, a professional fund aimed to foster vocational training EKWALS Project CERISDI

  3. STRUCTURE & STAFF COMPANY PROFILE 7 classrooms, a library and a big meeting room for dissemination activities. More than 200 trainers plus 30 personnel, 15 of them dedicated to planning and managing training activities, the others in support roles. EKWALS Project CERISDI

  4. COMPANY PROFILE TRAINING ACTIVITIES Relevant experience in adult training (figures about 2006-2008 period): • 2006: 72 training courses attended by 1300 adult learners • 2007: 66 t. c. attended by 960 adult learners • 2008: 79 t. c. attended by 865 adult learners EKWALS Project CERISDI

COMPANY PROFILE COHERENT PROJECTS & THEMES (1/2) EUROMEDITERRANEAN MASTER IN PUBLIC POLICY & … Established in 2001, is a 12 month (1.500 hours) programme, opened to the participation of graduates from Italy and Mediterranean Countries (Balkans, Maghreb and Mashreq) to foster the integration process in the Mediterranean area. COMPANY PROFILE ROLE IN THE PROJECT • Project coordinator • Will contribute to the project by providing research, analysis and development insights across the board • Will lead the following WPs: WP3, WP5, WP6, WP9 • Will be crucial for the testing phase and the Dissemination WP • Will provide management and administrative support for project implementation, collecting and managing the deliverables from partners and liaising with the EACEA • All those activities will be carried out in close collaboration with all partners.
