  3. DATES TO REMEMBER TIME FRAME COVERED January 1, 2012 –December 31, 2013 Due Date to State President June 1, 2013

  4. ACHIEVEMENT LEVELS Bronze Award 158 - 183 points Silver Award 184 - 209 points Gold Award 210 - 236 points Diamond Award 237 - 266 points • Eligible Clubs • Annual Service Charge paid 2012 & 2013 • Membership per capita dues paid 2012 & 2013 • Clubs chartered late in 2012 or in 2013 are eligible if they paid NFRW in 2013

National Pathfinder Scholarship Fund 2012 & 2013 Betty Rendel Scholarship Fund 2012 & 2013 Marion Martin Building Fund 2012 & 2013 Dorothy Kabis Internship Fund 2012 & 2013 Make separate checks to NFRW for each fund. Example : NFRW – Betty Rendel Scholarship Checks can be mailed in one envelope to: NFRW 124 N. Alfred St. Alexandria, VA 22314 Pay 2013 NFRW Fees by June 1, 2013 Mamie Eisenhower Library Project MELP Donate in 2012 &2013 Titles can be found on NFRW website

  6. SIT DOWN WITH YOUR BOARD AND GO OVER THE FORM TO PLAN YOUR CLUB’S PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES FOR 2012 & 2013

Club Function • Hold monthly meetings (at least 5 in a year) • Pay NFRW and State Federation Dues • Web-Site and /or Facebook and Twitter Accounts • Publicize Meetings • Send Delegates to Federation Meetings • Send Delegates to NFRW Convention • Club Committee Chairs • Caring for America • Armed Forces • Achievement Awards • Historian/ Parliamentarian/Chaplain • Parliamentarian • Fundraising • Americanism • Budget • Bylaws • Communications(CAP Alert, E-Mail, Facebook &Twitter • Literacy/ MELP • Newsletter • Outreach • Review club bylaws

Club Function • Bonus Points • Club holds 10 monthly meeting in both 2012 & 2013 • 1 bonus point for each member who is a NFRW Regent • Club sends monthly newsletter to members in both 2012 & 2013 • Club sends member(s) to NFRW Board Meeting or NFRW • Regional Meeting in 2012 and 2013 • Club held a fundraising event in 2012 or 2013 • Club helped start or financially supports a TARS, College • Republican Group

  9. MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT • Appoint Membership chair • Hold a program on • Membership • Leadership development • Hold a Membership event • Outreach to all age groups and cultures • Increase membership in 2012 or 2013 • Publish a membership directory (hard copy or electronic)

  10. PROGRAMS * You do not need to devote an entire meeting to a program. You can have more than one program presentation and get credit for each!!! • Club has a Program Chair who plans programs. • Programs • GOP speakers • GOP initiatives • Programs on current legislative issues, national or state • level. • Differences between GOP and Democrat philosophies. • State Party Official(s) come and explain GOP plans of Action. • NFRW history and structure and State Federation history • Club has Legislative Chair who reports on legislation (local, state, and federal) • Club develops a plan to lobby state or national officials • Club acted on legislation • Club acted on NFRW legislative alerts

  11. PROGRAMS • Bonus points • State Federation President or State FRW Representative presented program on NFRW/State Federation history • State elected official/NFRW officer/NFRW Board member is a program speaker • Club member(s) attend local, state or NFRW legislative day on the hill

  12. CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES • Appoint campaign chair who develops campaign activities and is responsible for reporting club members campaign hours • Club holds candidate forums • Visit state and local elected officials • Club participated in NFRW Voter Registration Drives May 15-18, 2012 &/or Sept 12-19, 2013 • Meet with party officials to maximize clubs effectiveness in elections • Club has members who participate in precinct/county GOP • Club recruits one club member to run for office • Club schedules for members to work in Local/ County GOP offices • Club members attended local, state, district or RNC Convention • Club has a member who is a Campaign manager/election board official, county, district, or state party officer. • Club has plan that explains differences between Republican and Democrats on vital party issues.

  13. CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES • Bonus points • Club registered over 50 Republican voters • Club contributed financially or volunteered in a GOP woman’s campaign • Club budgeted $$ and/or sent a member to a campaign school or seminar

  14. Community Relations • Club has Publicity Chair • Club President shares info that promotes national, state and regional programs that were received from NFRW or State Federation • Club President has e-mail or phone to receive information from NFRW and State Federation • Supported the troops by sending care packages or letters, donating • airfare for a serviceman or helping a serviceman’s family • Club held an essay contest in local schools to promote Americanism & patriotism • Club gave $$ to a literacy program, held a book drive, donated books to a library or school. • Club gave books through MELP program in both 2012 & 2013 • Donations in both 2012 and 2013 • National Pathfinder Scholarship • Betty Rendel Scholarship Fund • Marion Martin Building Fund (minimum of $10.00) • Dorothy Kabis Internship Fund

  15. Community Relations • Bonus Points • Club donated $20.00 or more in 2012 & 2013 to Marion Martin • Building Fund • Club gave a scholarship to a Republican woman • Club and members supported the Ford Theater Educational and Research Center
