Some of our Office’s Services • Process and maintain records and registration • M1 and M2 exam scores and final grades; • M3 clinical scheduling, shelf exam, assessment distribution and processing; • M4 clinical scheduling, assessment distribution and processing; • USMLE processing; • student health compliance; • Junior & Senior AOA academic selection processing; • Graduation with Honors; • MD degree verifications.

  3. Upcoming Events • Match Day • Work with your site Registrar to process any ‘Confirmation/Certification of Graduation’ paperwork. Some forms have submission restrictions. • Graduation • ‘Intent to Graduate’ should be filed with the University. Either self-designated or processed by your site Registrar. • For the class of 2013, you can complete graduation requirements through June 22, 2013 and be considered a Spring, 2013 graduate. • University Degree conferment date is May 12, 2013

Upcoming Events (cont.) • Transcripts for continuing students and graduates • Electronic grade submission for the Spring, 2013 semester will begin late May and will continue weekly/bi-weekly until all grades have been posted. • Check your Academic History to confirm all grades are posted prior to request your transcript. • Transcripts are requested from the University Office of the Registrar, transcript link • Semester Dates • Summer 2013 – June 24, 2013 – August 11, 2013 • Fall 2013 – August 12, 2013 – January 4, 2014 • Summer 2014 – January 5, 2014 – June 15, 2014
