Submit Planning Notification if an Extremely Hazardous Substance (EHS) is or was present at the facility at or above the Threshold Planning Quantity (TPQ)
Facilities must promptly supply the LEPC with information requested that is necessary to complete an off-site plan.
Submit annual Tier Two Chemical Inventory Report by March 1st to WEM, LEPC, and local Fire Dept.
Must submit a chemical list or MSDS within 90 days to WEM, LEPC and local Fire Dept.
Pay Wisconsin fees
Range: $205 - $1,540 per year for Tier 2
One time planning fee of $1,080
Complete Annual Plan of Work Requirements to receive grant funding
Combined plan of work with EMPG
Annually update EPCRA County-Wide/Strategic Plan
Develop new and update existing offsite facility plans (must be updated every 4 years)
Insure implementation of local emergency response plan in the event of a spill or release
4 year cycle requiring 1 tabletop and 1 functional or full scale
Administer the program state-wide
Maintain state-wide EPCRA database of facility records
Process/verify fee payments
