Treatment of Early Mover Projects • Do “early mover” projects have to adapt the PDD to the new format? • Does the PDD have to be made publicly available on the UNFCCC website for 30 days for comments? • Determination regarding a PDD to be looked at by JISC for 45 days? • What rules should JISC use to evaluate whether the project is an “early mover”?

  13. Structure of Joint Implementation Management Plan 2006-07 • Should be practical and comprehensive; • Contain the work programme as the main element; • Link the activities with the resources; • Clear cut responsibilities of JISC members and Secretariat;
