Activity 6, PCB&T Appropriation • FY 2004 outlook for Activity 6: • Agency hiring freeze and spending restrictions continue. • On-board employment will be the basis for the allocation. • Current vacancies will not be filled; ACT 9/30/03 vacancies: 11. • Travel will be reduced to a lower level than FY 2003.
