  1. SRT Advisor WEB MVP Plan Administrators, Inc.

  2. Login At the login page, you will enter the following: Click “Logon”

  3. Homepage From the Homepage, you can update Advisor information, create and manage reports, assist Participants, and view account or investment performance.

  4. Accessing Participant Information From the Financial Advisor Options menu, click “Participant Access” Then search for a Participant by Last Name or SSN (format xxx-xx-xxxx) Click “Search” Click the Participant’s name

  5. Participant Access View A new web browser will open to take you to the Participant Access Homepage. Participants see exactly what is available to them from this view. From here, you are able to view account balances, transactions and pending activity, investment information, and historical data.

  6. Update Advisor Information There are two places to edit Advisor information: From the Financial Advisor Options menu, click “Advisor Contact Information” OR From the Financial Advisor Home section at the top of the Homepage, click “Update Account Information”

  7. Contact Information Update Advisor address, email, and phone number. Click “Update Information” when finished Click “Update Information” when finished.

  8. Password Change From the Financial Advisor Options menu, click “Change Password” Enter a new password and confirm it. **Please save your new password in a safe place Click “Change Password”

  9. Contact Plan Sponsor from the Web From the Financial Advisor Options menu, click “Contact Plan Sponsor” Choose the contact at the Plan Sponsor you wish to message from the drop box Complete the Subject and Message boxes Click “Submit”

  10. Participant Messaging Center To send a message to Participants, click “Participant Messaging Center” on the Financial Advisor Options menu To create, edit, or delete messages, click “Manage” next to “Message Inventory Page”

  11. Investment Performance From the Financial Advisor Options menu, click “Investment Performance” Choose a client from the drop box and click “View” to view their investment performance

  12. Unlocking Participants From the Financial Advisor Options menu, click “Unlock Participant” All currently locked Participants will be listed here by SSN/Name/Plan ID Select the Participant(s) to unlock Click “Unlock”

  13. Reports and Statements From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, you can choose to retrieve data in either PDF or Excel spreadsheet format, such as Participant and Investment demographics, census and termination reports, distributions, or even print statements on demand. All reports can be filtered by clicking the “Filter Status Codes” tab at the top of each report page

  14. Age Demographics From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Age Demographics” Choose a Plan or Select All by checking the corresponding box Edit age ranges by clicking and typing in the appropriate boxes Click “Generate”

  15. Investment Demographics From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Investment Demographics” You can create a PDF or Excel version of any report Check the box next to the plan you would like to view Click “Generate”

  16. Employee Census From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Employee Census” Choose the Plan(s) for which to generate the census A census generates with SSN, Name, Age, Address, Status, DOB, DOH, Hours, Total Balance, Vested Balance, etc. Click “Generate” To sort by Status, drag the “Status” header to the top of the report.

  17. Termination Report From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Termination Report” Choose the Plan(s) for which you would like to generate the report and enter a date range Click “Generate”

  18. Distribution Report From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Distribution Report” Choose the Plan(s) for which you would like to generate the report and enter a date range Click “Generate”

  19. Participant Statements Enter the Participant’s SSN and dates for the statement time period Choose the Plan From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Statements on Demand” Click “Generate”

  20. Transaction History From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Transaction History” Enter specific sources and/or investments or click “Select All” Choose Plan(s) Enter date parameters Click “Generate”

  21. Cumulative Contributions From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Cumulative Contributions” Choose the Plan(s) Additional report options allow you to suppress SSNs and Participants with no contributions Click “Generate”

  22. Salary Demographics From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Salary Demographics” Choose the Plan(s) Enter desired salary ranges Click “Generate”

  23. Deferral Change Report From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Deferral Change Report” Choose the Plan(s) Enter date parameters Additional report options allow you to suppress SSNs and show only the most recent changes Click “Generate”

  24. Activity Reports From the Financial Advisor Reports menu, click “Activity Reports” From here you can choose from two different reports: a Login Report or a User Activity Report.

  25. Login Report The Login Report will allow you to review data on logins per the parameters set below Choose the Plan(s) Select filters including date and user parameters Click “Generate”

  26. User Activity Report The User Activity Report will allow you to see data on where users spend the majority of their time when logged into the system. Click the Plan(s) Select filters including date and user parameters Click “Generate”

  27. Leaving the System On the Main Menu, click “Logout” to exit the system
