  3. The Process for Enhancements In-depth analysis, specifications, development, testing, training, etc. • Gathering and under-standing customer requests • Reporting timelines and status Getting customer priorities and evaluating available and needed resources

What we have completed since Q4 2008 EPSQ in and through Pools (Phases 1 and 2) Prevents changes made by Poolers and Shippers from causing transactions upstream or downstream of the Pool to be scheduled below EPSQ. Location Pool Monitoring Report Automatically notifies Pooler if there are any mismatches between Pooler and Shipper Nominations. Transactional Tracking Enhancements Added Reduction Reason Codes and Constraint Location on Shipper tracking screens. Enhanced Interface for Informational Postings (Phase 1) New look and feel for Operationally Available Capacity, Index of Locations and Notices. • See last slide for additional details on completed items. • Current list of requested changes posted on our website www.cigco.com/CIGPortal • Informational Postings > Other > Informational Look up > Customer Initiative

  5. What we are working on EPSQ in and through Pools (Phase 3) Enhancements to Reports EBB Web Site Enhancement (Phases 2 and 3)

  6. EPSQ in and through Pools This project is to address problems which cause pools to be scheduled below EPSQ (Elapsed Pro Rated Scheduled Quantity) Four development phases Each phase will be implemented independently

EPSQ in and through Pools - by Phase • Phase 1 – prevents poolers from reducing their nomination/confirmation below EPSQ in Cycles 3 and 4 • Implemented 5/19/2009 • Phase 2 – prevents pools from being scheduled below EPSQ due to CBL (Contract Balancing) or CPR (Confirming Party Reduction – used in pools) reduction reason codes • Implemented 7/14/2009 • Phase 3 – will prevent capacity reductions from taking pool transactions below EPSQ • In test – planning Q3 implementation • Phase 4 – will prevent underconfirmations by operators from reducing pool transactions below EPSQ • In development – planning Q4 implementation

Enhancements to Reports • Enhancements to the Location Pool Balancing Report and the Contract Routes Report • Adds reduction reason codes • In test (planning August implementation) • New Flow Day Information Report • With reduction reason codes • Access directly from the Flow Day Information screen • Implemented August 11

EBB Web Site Enhancement Status Many enhancements planned Improved look and feel Column sorting, dragging, pinning, filtering Enhanced query and download features Phased migration COMPLETED 6/9/2009 - Phase 1 (June 2009): Index of Customers, Operationally Available Capacity, Notices Phase 2 (August 2009): Storage Field Inventory (Completed 7/24/2009), Transactional Reports (Planned 8/18/2009) Phase 3 (October 2009): Unsubscribed Capacity (From Pipelines, From Expiring Contracts), Gas Quality Phase 4 (November 2009): Posted Imbalances Feedback and questions

EBB Web Site Enhancement Requests Proposal to address requests received so far: • Address before Phase 3 • Reduce default column widths for Operationally Available Capacity – Completed 8/6/2009 • Notices Query not considering ALL dates – Target completion date of 8/31/2009 • Address after Phase 4 • Returning to current row when clicking the Back button from a detail page • Ability to save user column settings (order, width, sort, etc.) • Ability to adjust data grid height to accommodate different screen resolutions

Headstation Pool Enhancement Plan Development planned to begin after Phase 4 EPSQ Redesign main screen for ease of use and improved functionality Add features which will allow poolers to perform all necessary tasks from the pooling screen Add Status screens for both Supply and Market sides of the pool

  13. Copy Option Requested Item: Provide a copy option at the One Receipt One Delivery level to enable customers to copy and change fields for a new nomination. Proposal: Will allow shipper to copy current nominations while in the One Receipt One Delivery screen Will allow all fields to be edited

New items to prioritize Add Cycle to Interconnect Operator Confirmation Report (report has cycle already - clarification needed) Follow Ranks in later cycles, even if they change (analyzing) Add latest-cycle grand totals to Flow day Information screen and report Report Requests Make Contract Tracking Report available at the Entity Level Add Ranks and Reduction Reason Codes to Contract Tracking Report Simplify the Nominations Tracking Report in a manner similar to the Contract Tracking Report Make all reports printable at once instead of requiring separate requests for each A customer priority of High, Medium, or Low will allow us to plan our resources accordingly.

  15. Customer Service Allocation System Roll-Out We are excited about the roll out of the first module of the new Xpress System – the online Allocation System As part of this roll out, the Customer Service group is presenting the consolidated Allocation Reports (Contract Allocation Report, Location Allocation Report, and NNT/TSB Report). These reports, in addition to a new Location Pool Report and Headstation Pool Report were developed based on requests from the Customer Advisory Group. There are detailed instructions for navigating through the new Allocation System under Informational Postings \Other \Training Materials \Xpress(new) Rollout. Kate Olson or Troy Jackson are eager to meet with each of you to introduce you to the new Xpress Allocation System.
