  2. Training on sampling and analysis of asbestos fiber and bulk samples was conducted in the National Center for Public Health (NCPH) from 07-09 Aug 2013

  3. Opening remarks for training on asbestos analysis made by DrGanchimeg, Director, NCPH

  4. DrSoeNyunt-U highlighted the importance of capacity building for implementation of law and standards to reduce and mitigate asbestos exposure.

  5. Set of equipment and supplies for asbestos analysis handed to the NCPH over during the training

  6. 15 staff attended the hands-on training from central laboratories of custom, professional inspection agency, occupational health center, environmental monitoring center, railroad, academia and training institutions.

  7. The training provided by Prof Hyunwook Kim, STC, WHO, Professor of Catholic University and DrJiwoon Kwon, Researcher of KOSHA, Republic of Korea
