Critical Success Factors • Inclusion of disability in the overall diversity strategy • Creation of an employee resource group focused on people with disabilities • Support of programs such as Disability Mentoring Day and on-going mentoring programs for youth with disabilities, such as the Bender Lead On Team at CSC, Bayer Corporation, and Lanxess • Focus on skills and performance … not “lowering the bar” • Participation in local and national disability-focused activities, such as AAPD, JAN and ATIA.
