  2. VIGENCIA Y APLICACIÓN DE LA LPDP Ley Nro. 29733, Publicado en el Peruano el 03/07/2011. Reglamento. Decreto Supremo Nro. 003-2013-JUS, Publicado en el Peruano el 22/03/2013. Plena vigencia desde el 08 de mayo de 2013.

  3. PRINCIPALES DEFINICIONES EN LA LPDP ¿Qué es un dato personal? ¿Qué es un dato personal sensible? ¿Qué es una base de datos? ¿Quién es el titular de una base de datos y quien es el encargado? ¿Qué es el consentimiento? ¿Cuáles son los requisitos del consentimiento?

  4. MARCO CONSTITUCIONAL Y LA LPDP Constitución Política del Estado: Artículo 2º, numeral 6).“Derecho a la intimidad personal en los servicios de información”. Artículo 200º, numeral 3). “Hábeas Data”. Y el artículo 61º y siguientes del Código Procesal Constitucional.

  5. TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES SIN CONSENTIMIENTO El Artículo 14º de la LPDP ha previsto, a manera de excepción, supuestos en los cuales se pueden realizar tratamiento de datos personales sin el consentimiento previo del titular.

  6. AUTORIDAD NACIONAL DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES Dirección de Registro Nacional. Dirección de Supervisión y Control. Dirección de Normatividad y Asistencia Legal. Dirección de Sanciones. Dirección General de Protección de Datos Personales (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales - ANPDP), depende jerárquicamente del Despacho Viceministerial de Derechos Humanos y Acceso a la Justicia.
