  3. PROCESS CYSTOSCOPY VASECTOMY Cystoscopy is a urological treatment that allows a urologist to inspect the bladder and urethral linings. A cystoscope is guided to the bladder after being inserted into the urinary system. The vas deferens, which transfers sperm from the testicles to the sperm, is severed and sealed during the surgery.
