  2. Implementation time line • E.O. interest • Contact with DEPS • ABLe pilot schools identified • Initial Joint Training day on 7th Dec 2011 • Able pilot begins Jan 2012/ Pre evaluations completed • ABLe in EDC meetings • ABLe mentors established

  3. What have we learned? Positives- • good sign up and goodness of fit with inclusive practice, • interest from staff for the C.P.D. aspect • greater awareness of classroom environment factors • Solutions can have wider application Issues- • identification of ABLe pilot schools • lead from authority, • availability of Psychologists to support schools implement ABLe

  4. Where next? • Refresh at Supporting Learners Forum • Consolidation in pilot schools with plans to develop more cluster based approaches • Encourage mentoring • Continue to look at merging with EDC Staged intervention
