  2. 2005年《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》要求: 1.大力推行工学结合 2. 积极推动职业学校与企业合作办学, 3.形成前校后厂( 场) 、校企合一的办学实体。走规模化、集团化、连锁化办学的路子。

  4. 建设职教集团的主要目的和预期效果： • 目的(Aims): • 一类是为了某个共同目的的互补性合作;另一类是为了拓展和强化品牌而采取的战略手段。 * for complementary cooperation with the common purpose * for brand development and consolidation Principal Aims and Desired Effects: • 效应(effects): • 形式上表现为集团组织;实质更表现为通过规模效应、资源优化、品牌效应和对口效应带来的高质量和集约化发展。 • *a group organization in form; • *high-quality and intensive development in essence, through scale effect, resource optimization, brand effect and counterpart effect

  9. 具体任务与发展重点是： • 1. 组建专业群平台和市级实训基地。 • 2. 推进院校工学结合人才培养工作。 • 3. 开展校企合作，提供社会服务。 • 4. 培训具有企业工作经历的“双师型”教师。 Specific Tasks and Emphasis: • 1.To construct the subjects cluster platform and municipal tech-training base. • 2.To promote the educational pattern of “combining studying with practicing” • 3.To develop cooperation between colleges and enterprises and provide social services. • 4.To cultivate “dual-qualified” teachers with working experience in enterprises.

  20. 社会服务能力突出—技能培训 Outstanding social service ability —— skill training 多元化教育培训体系--5个远程教育站，3个省级以上职业技能鉴定站,40余个省市技能培训和鉴定项目,累计开设各类职业技能培训班230余期，涉及培训项目54个，培训学员3万余人。2006年为社会培训了各类人才9000多名。2007年技能培训达9863人次。
