  3. Introduction • This lab will guide you through the process of creating a simple processor system by using Base System Builder (BSB) to target the XUP Virtex-II Pro board

  4. Objectives After completing this module, you will be able to: • Create an XPS project by using BSB • Create a simple hardware design by using Xilinx IP

  5. Errata • There are external ports that are tied to ground • Listed in MHS and UCF

  6. External Ports System Assembly View Delete these Ground pins

  7. UCF File Located under Project tab Delete these Pin constraints for The Ground pins
