Milton Education Village 400 acre Milton Education Village inter-related to Boyne Survey Secondary Plan – extension of water and wastewater services and transportation/transit system Subwatershed Update Study being completed to facilitate BP II and Boyne Survey secondary Plans, as well as Milton education Village combination of institutional buildings, residential mixed use, research and development facilities
