Executive Summary • BackroundCheck: • Started in 8th grade • 6 years straight • Captain of the varsity training (Adult Class) • Current California State Featherweight Champion 2 years straight Summary: • Nava Fit • 2 boxing rings in my gym, 1 floor ring and 1 elevated ring • Matt floor area with a big frame hanging multiples of heavy bags and long banana bags • 2 bathrooms installed, 1 men’s room & 1 lady’s room • Ages 5 & up

Description & Analysis of the Business Situation • Business Situation: -NO boxing gym/MuayThai kickboxing gym in Castro Valley, only fitness boot camp (cardio kickboxing) gym and kung fu studio -Open near Castro Valley high school to attract more teens and adults Objective: -Grab people from scratch and turning them into rising professional champions -Help people lose weight and achieve they’re fitness goal • Type of Business & Business Hours: -Sole Proprietor -1st class 6:30pm-7:30pm 2nd class 7:35pm-8:35/9:35 (sparring session)

Proposed Marketing/Promotion Plan • Promotion Plan • Big Banner on the gym “Grand Opening, Nava Fit” • Hand a flyer out when people come inside to check out the gym • Implement my learning skills in Academy of Business & Finance onto my gym business • Implement my experience skills on both worlds which is Kickboxing and Western Boxing • Family oriented atmosphere, no one shall feel out of place
