  2. Attaching Signed Contract • When an executed contract is utilized, it is required to be included in the procurement file in BidBuy. When Used – Ensure that the Signed Contract is Attached Via Change Order

  6. ICI Master Contract • Process utilizes a Release Off Master (ROM) • Conduct a Release Off Master • Description: ICI PPL • Release can include ICI Items as well as other items • If a waiver is being sought: • Set a Reminders to the SPO • SPO will set a Reminder to ICI • ICI will respond via a Reminder • SPO will Approve or Deny via Reminder
