  12. Transition to Academic Programs • The College Success Program helps students while they are working through preparatory courses. The Achievement Coach works collaboratively with faculty advisors. • Once the students complete the College Success Program they will transition out of the program and work exclusively with faculty advisors. the power of uc … close to home
